Paper not delivered today

I spoke to a customer service representative. They told me it is too late to get a paper this morning. I told them the paper should have been delivered by 6 a.m. Just because I slept in and called at 10:30 is no reason for me not to get my paper. I was delivered a copy of the Wall Street Journal and the Desert Sun neither of which do I subscribe to. I told the LA Times representative in no uncertain terms I want my paper. The delivery is been fine up to yesterday. I have been reading the LA Times for 52 years and I expect it on my doorstep (I am a paid subscriber) every morning. She said we will try to get you a paper this morning which I highly doubt. We will let the distributor know. Good luck with that. Thank you. Herb Byron

paper not delivered since 6/25, calling was no help, promised paper would be delivered, ALAS NO PAPER very frustrating, don't know how to solve this issue

Paper not delivered today

I did not get my paper today. Friday, September 24, 2021 it is usually here at past six but today, no deliveries at all, I have been out three times. No paper in my carport.

Wet newspaper

My paper was thrown in the gutter and got soaked. the phone number listed rings once and then goes to a busy signal. I want a dry paper. Shouldn't it read reason for review instead of reason of my review.? It makes no sense.

CROSSWORD PUZZLES

I really enjoy your crossword puzzles and have done them for several years. Recently your web page has repeatedly caused my computer screen to flicker and flash and even makes it difficult to shut down and restart. I believe it is caused by the number and activity of the ads on your puzzle page. Can you do something about this? If not, I will have to quit doing the puzzles as I am concerned that this will cause a permanent problem with my computer. I do subscribe to your paper. I appreciate your attention to this matter. I would like to be able to use your daily puzzle page to work in a manner that does not cause problems with my computer.

No newspaper today

3 days without a paper. I did not get one Sunday, Monday or today and I can not get hold of anyone at the newspaper office .

User's recommendation: Be careful, the paper delivery is and has been very spotty and very hard to contact LA Times.

When I finally was able to get in touch I was told to call a umber at customer service to provide a new credit card number-I have call the number a dozen times-- Every time I call customer service at (213) 283-**** the number to call to make a paymentrecording says cant get through call again later HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD? Can't get through to advise paper has not been delivered

Just get the paper delivered to my house and get the remove Ad Blocker demand out of the way so I can get through to customer services on-line

Can’t get through to cancel my cousin’s paper. Continually goes to busy signal. I’m from Florida and am trying to help my Lis Angelou’s cousin cancel his subscription. Paper piling up outside his bul

It was difficult getting through to the Times. I live in Florida and was calling to cancel my hospitalized cousins paper. I tried several numbers I found on line but it wasnt until I found the right number: 1-80*-252-**** Was I able to reach a person. She took care of this right away.

Complaint on customer service

All I wanted to do was get to the L.A. Times website which would allow me to stop delivery of my printed newspaper for a few days. The Chat Room directed me to a page to "join" for a refundable dollar to get my answer!!! I've previously had my own password to the Customer Service site but now I can't find anything that would let me get to the site to request a stop delivery for my newspaper. Not only was I told I woulden't get my printed copies later after stop delievery, but I still needed to pay for those onreceived copies. For that price i pay for my printed subscription, I think its a rip off.

User's recommendation: If princes for L.A. Times subscriptions continue to go up, don't get it - look at the news on TV or your smart phone.

Missing Paper deliveries for 8 consecutive weeks

I have called and several occasions with promises of my Sunday delivery and refunds for missed weeks. I love my Sunday paper. This last week a gain I was promised my Sunday paper, of course no paper arrived, I called again and was promised it would arrive today, still no paper. I want to support this newspaper, but this is ridiculous. Time for me to cancel
