Paper not delivered today

I spoke to a customer service representative. They told me it is too late to get a paper this morning. I told them the paper should have been delivered by 6 a.m. Just because I slept in and called at 10:30 is no reason for me not to get my paper. I was delivered a copy of the Wall Street Journal and the Desert Sun neither of which do I subscribe to. I told the LA Times representative in no uncertain terms I want my paper. The delivery is been fine up to yesterday. I have been reading the LA Times for 52 years and I expect it on my doorstep (I am a paid subscriber) every morning. She said we will try to get you a paper this morning which I highly doubt. We will let the distributor know. Good luck with that. Thank you. Herb Byron

How to pay subscription bill

Its impossible to pay subscription bill on phone call to 1(21*) ***-****. Got a confirmed number on Feb 1st that $131.04 was paid. Today, not so after speaking to five people for 4 hours, Sabrina says system down rejecting credit cards and bank accounts???

Have not receive Sunday for last two Sunday.

Payment sent on 12-31-2020 paid thru March. If unable to deliver please refund $23.51 ASAP. Thank You Mrs. Olivia Acevedo

No delivery

No paper two times last week and no paper today. Also WSJ. However, customer service guy was terrific. He got me online access, and helped me get on. Now I will have my crossword puzzle. Yay!

Cancelled subscription

After 35 years I am cancelling my subscription. I can no longer tolerate your radical distortion of facts and your fanatic attempt to slur a good president, make heroes out of black career criminals, and demean the police who protect you and your families. Soon the print will be dead and you can all join your internet nerds that worship your lies and distorted agenda.

Not getting my digital newspaper

I subscribed yesterday for the digital LA Times(that which comes online). It was for a 4 week subscription. I haven't received it yet. Terminate subscription

Our paper has been tossed in the morning’s daily water from sprinklers for the past 5 days, making the paper unreadable even though it’s wrapped in plastic. I have complained about this on numerous occasions, too many to count!! Therefore, please immediately cancel my delivery, credit back one week, and apply remaining payment to the paper online. I would appreciate your prompt response that this request has been received, taken care of, and advise the monthly, quarterly or annual fee for the online paper. Missing papers

The problem was resolved. Now I'm struggling with continuing my subscription after 10 years when the cost is beyond my current income. Further the withdrawal a often catch me surprise at a average of $112!!!good

DO NOT BUY THE LA TIMES Every day the LA Times writes articles that are untrue, destructive, divisive, hurtful, and totally without basis for the way the article is written. I know no one will read this or care. I only want the news to be like it is expected to be. Why even go to college, just lie with energy. only write about things you have evidence about. get 2 sources before you destroy someones life. by the way it would be less hurtful if you had no political agenda and screwed the whole population . ahhh the beautiful future you are making.

POOR SERVICE

No paper delivered. Called and first talked with a computer. NO RESULTS. Then called and talked with a human in the Philippines and still no paper. Same thing again today. No paper no help from computer no help from Philippines. Unable to talk with anyone from Los Angeles. It seems that the Los Angeles Times no longer cares about subscribers. They no longer care about hiring Americans. They transfer jobs out of the country, provide little service, and do not seem to care. They must see the writing on the wall and are encouraging the end of their paper. I guess it is time to cancel the subscription.

The L. A. Times has different undetectable subscription prices

i just renewed my 1 year L. A. Times subscription at $103.80. The invoice they had sent me was for $150.50. I phoned them and negotiated it down to $130.00, then finally negotiated it to $103.80. Does anyone know what their lowest priced 1 year 7 day a week subscription actually is? I feel like i am dealing with a used car salesman since I don't feel comfortable that I am not paying twice the price that my neighbor is paying. I phoned about the invoice price: $150.60 negotiated to:$130.00 negotiated to:$119.60 negotiated to:$103.80 I accepted this offer but wonder if my neighbor is paying much less because he may be a better negotiator with more patience. I am an 84 year old senior and recentliy applied for WinZip on my computer only to find I was unable to download it properly. So, I asked to cancel the service and they indicated they would not refund my payment and will continue to take payments even tho I am not using the service. Unfortunately, this was the second time I have done this...*** of me, of course, but no reason not to refund payments taken and to stop those in the future.

I would suggest that folks avoid the service unless really computer efficient!

11/22/2012, No paper was delivered two phone calls later and both with promises to have it delivered and still no paper. Friday complained gave excuse of the papers were delay for delivery until after 9:30 am, funny calls made at 8:50 & 10:50 am on 11/22/12 and still no paper!

Tribune gave that lame excuse also but at least I got a partial paper from them! The only black Friday adds in that paper was Wal-Mart, Sears, Macy’s, Walgreens, and *** & Big Five. I verified with others in areas not affected by delay deliveries that there papers were loaded with BLACK FRIDAY ADVERTISEMENTS! I’m disgusted with both papers at this point and thank you for ruining my family’s BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING!

Today’s LA times had a stop thief notice in it, what a joke there was no thief of our paper someone just failed to deliver it in the first place! It appears they ripped off the RETAILERS by failing to deliver their advertisements to potential shoppers with a paid subscription service to either of these papers.
