Paper not delivered today

I spoke to a customer service representative. They told me it is too late to get a paper this morning. I told them the paper should have been delivered by 6 a.m. Just because I slept in and called at 10:30 is no reason for me not to get my paper. I was delivered a copy of the Wall Street Journal and the Desert Sun neither of which do I subscribe to. I told the LA Times representative in no uncertain terms I want my paper. The delivery is been fine up to yesterday. I have been reading the LA Times for 52 years and I expect it on my doorstep (I am a paid subscriber) every morning. She said we will try to get you a paper this morning which I highly doubt. We will let the distributor know. Good luck with that. Thank you. Herb Byron

paper not delivered since 6/25, calling was no help, promised paper would be delivered, ALAS NO PAPER very frustrating, don't know how to solve this issue

5th week in a row! I called and was assured my account would be credited and delivered today on schedule. No Paper!

Consistent delivery problems in zip code 92706

We have reported multiple delivery issues in the last month, and it has not improved. We are long time subscribers and so disappointed in this continuous problem. There are no satisfactory responses to our complaints, and we have had to purchase the paper, which adds to significant out of pocket for us in addition to the extraordinary high subscription service.

Still no delivery or return call going on the third week. I want to cancel my 25 year subscription. Very disappointed in the la times customer service

Did not receive sunday newspaper

I did not receive the paper on 1/2/22. I called in and asked for a replacement. Nothing was delivered. I would like to make sure the paper arrives on 1/9/22 and I would like a credit for the missed paper.

Your phone number is no longer in service.

You have no customer service phone number. This is an example of your lack of desire to meet customer needs. I can't access my on line news paper. You have BLOCKED ME with your add.

Change of name on account

My husband has been deceased for over four years. I have paid the bill in my name since then. Our home has been subscribing since 1990. I want the bill in MY NAME. Please check the account. I have paid in my name. Why cant the bill be in MY NAME? I have tried before to no avail. Why can you not put it in my name? After thirty years atthe same address? What is the problem? Please help me! Please! How many times do I need to ask? Do I need to call? Again?

Electronic edition

I have not been receiving my electronic LA times edition for the last 2 days. I have been calling customer service (844-681-****) for the last 6 hours and get nothing but a busy signal to ask about why I have not been getting an email each morning as I have for several years. I am still receiving my paper edition, but it arrives about a hour after I rise. I like to read my electronic version until my paper arrives. Charles Hammer

Missed delivery this morning. At 8:30 am no paper was there. It would be better delivered not so close to the street. Could be left 6 further inside property.

Failed my delievry I called them spoke they said it would come today. Now it is almost 2 pm. NO PAPER still & I can NOT reach them on the phone .CLOSED SO you tell me
